Misty and Bailey are incredible. Very kind & calm. Clearly they have experience in dealing with problems that crop up. My move in was seamless. Any maintenance issue that cropped up when walking the apartment was dealt with swiftly & effectively by the legend that is the maintenance man. This is not my first apartment I've lived in, but most certainly is the first to make the transition that much easier.- Robert

Maybeck at The Bend has been nothing but outstanding and understanding throughout this whole pandemic. Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff are there, ready whenever you need them! I have been staying at Maybeck going on 2 years now and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!- Drew
Avenue 5 management has done a fantastic job! Prior to the change in management over a year ago there was so much to be desired about the complex. To the point my husband and I wanted to move out. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and the office staff is the best yet. I had a problem with my stove and they replaced the unit immediately, no questions asked. I was really impressed. The landscaping is also the nicest it’s looked since I’ve been here. And most importantly, management never once raised the rent in the era of Covid. That is almost unheard of. Highly, highly recommend living at Maybeck At the Bend.- Chris
