Avenue 5 management has done a fantastic job! Prior to the change in management over a year ago there was so much to be desired about the complex. To the point my husband and I wanted to move out. Debbie, Uriel and team have done wonders in fixing the issues of the previous company. I would highly recommend this community to my friends and family!

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and the office staff is the best yet. I had a problem with my stove and they replaced the unit immediately, no questions asked. I was really impressed. The landscaping is also the nicest it’s looked since I’ve been here. And most importantly, management never once raised the rent in the era of Covid. That is almost unheard of. Highly, highly recommend living at Maybeck At the Bend.
